Volume for Dec delivery slowed at approximately 15.7K lots while Dec expanded at just above 165.5K contracts.

Volume for Dec delivery slowed at just above 19K lots while Dec OI expanded at just above 161K contracts. However, ICE cotton has experienced weakness in early trading action on Thu evening.
