The ICE Mar contract picked up 33 points on strong US export data and (we think) neutral USDA S&D projections as funds continued to roll out of Mar, settling at 75.58. The May contract gained 22 points at 76.65, the net effect leaving the nearby spread strengthened modestly at (107). Volume in Mar was near unchanged at nearly 29K lots while OI in the front month continued to contract at around 104K contracts.
